Squeaky Clean Service LLC provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, maintenance, filter replacement, and pressure cleaning services throughout Southwest Florida.
Our goal is to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality service at every visit.
2. Service Appointments
· Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email.
· Access: Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the pool area on the scheduled date.
· Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations.
· Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather (lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions), your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
3. Payment Terms
· Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
· We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.
· Returned payments are subject to a $25 fee.
4. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost.
Our guarantee does not cover conditions beyond our control (such as equipment failure, chemical imbalance caused by third-party use, or severe weather impact).
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
· Maintaining functional pool equipment (pump, filter, timer, etc.).
· Ensuring pets are secured during service visits.
· Reporting leaks, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly.
6. Cancellations & Termination
· You may cancel recurring service at any time with 7 days’ written notice.
· We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated cancellations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Squeaky Clean Service LLC is not liable for:
· Pre-existing pool or equipment damage.
· Chemical reactions caused by prior treatments or third-party products.
· Damage resulting from weather, accidents, or misuse of equipment outside of our control.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials, logos, or images is strictly prohibited without written consent.
